Mom's Fruit Smoothies








Mom's Fruit Smoothies

1 1/2 cup frozen peaches or strawberries
1 ripe banana, sliced
(I used 2)
8 oz container, non-fat vanilla yogurt

Combine frozen fruit, banana and yogurt in a blender.
Process until smooth; pour into tall glasses. 
Makes 3 servings
