Early Bird Review - Fresh From the Farmstand



It's that time again....time for another review of a 
new and upcoming 
Gooseberry Patch Cookbook
FRESH FROM THE FARMSTAND

Two words sum up the description of this cookbook
WHOLESOME GOODNESS!

This will definitely be my Go-To cookbook,
when the fresh vegies are ready next summer!

I felt thinner just reading most of the recipes! 

So many recipes filled with fresh vegetables, fruits and grains!

Fresh From the Farmstand 
is not due to hit the shelves until January 1st,
It will be available to order soon at
Gooseberry Patch
or you can pre-order from 



It was so hard to chose which recipe to make first!
Because I have a love for apples, I started with
Ozark Pudding


This Ozark Pudding is 'Oh Sooooo Good'! 
It's like a Apple Pecan Pie filling with a sweet crispy crust!

It is definitely on my 'must make this again' list!!
To save on calories, I opted against topping it with whipped cream.
