It is Yummy!
No...it's beyond yummy!
But, I'm pretty fond of blueberries.
And cream cheese.
And cool whip.
They are some of my favorites.
So you know that if you put them all together,
it's got to be good!!
Blueberry Yum Yum
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 1/2 stick butter, melted
1 1/2 cups flour
1 pkg dream whip (prepared according to pkg directions)
8 oz cool whip
8 oz cool whip
8 oz cream cheese, room temp
1 cup sugar
1 can blueberry pie filling
(we like a lot of blueberry, so I used 2 cans)
Add all ingredients for crust in a medium size bowl.
Stir until all mixed together.
Add filling to a greased 9x13 baking dish
(I used non-stick spray)
Spread crust to cover bottom of dish.
Bake on 375* for 20-25 minutes, until lightly golden on edges
Prepare dream whip according to pkg directions
Add other filling ingredients
And mix until smooth and creamy
Pour filling over cooled crust and spread
Spread pie filling over top and place in the fridge to cool.
(I can't believe I forgot to take a pic of this step!)
Allow filling to set.
You can serve this after a few hours and it will be soft like this....
Or allow it to set all day or overnight and it will set like this.
