I lived in California many years ago,
and there was this winery up in the mountains.
They made all kinds of chocolate!
I would visit just to buy a chunk of their
white chocolate!
It would last me for months...
I'll never forget that rich, sweet flavor!

You can't go wrong with white chocolate!!
White Chocolate Pie
2 3oz pkgs instant white chocolate pudding mix
1 3/4 cup milk
8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
12 oz container frozen whipped topping, thawed
9 inch graham cracker crust
In a bowl, combine dry pudding mix and milk.
Add cream cheese; beat with an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth.
Gently fold in whipped topping; mix well.
Spoon pudding mixture into crust; refrigerate for 2 hrs before serving.
Serves 8
