Granny's Corn Fritters
1 cup corn
1/2 cup milk
1 egg, beaten
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
salt to taste
(I also added a TBSP of sugar)
oil for deep frying

In a bowl, mix all ingredients except for oil; set aside.

Pour 2 - 3 inches of oil into a heavy saucepan.
(I used my deep fryer)
Heat to 365 degrees.
Gently drop batter by tablespoons into oil; fry until golden, turning once.
In the deep fryer, once one side is golden,
they tend to turn themselves!
I believe I may have made mine a little big,
but they turned out perfect!
Makes 3 - 4 dozen

And there you have 'em folks!
