Baked Lemon Pepper Tilapia

Tilapia is one of our favorite fish to eat. I buy it fresh...but when fresh isn't available, I'll buy it frozen in a package of about 6 - 8. Each piece of fish is individually wrapped and taste just as good as fresh!
There are so many new recipes out there that look so good. We've grilled it, baked it and fried it several different ways.
This recipe is one of our favorites and it's so easy to make. 

Baked Tilapia
4 - 5 pieces of Tilapia
Lemon Pepper Seasoning
1 TBSP butter
2 TBSP lemon juice

Spray your baking dish with non-stick spray.
Tonight I used Olive Oil spray. 
I've also used Butter flavor spray.
Place the Tilapia in the dish.

Sprinkle with Lemon Pepper Seasoning.
The amount used will be according to your taste. 

Add dabs of butter on top of each piece of fish.

Pour lemon juice around each piece of fish. 

Bake at 375* for approx 10 minutes or until fish flakes done. 

Tender, flaky, juicy...
so full of flavor.
