Chicken Alfredo Broccoli Bake

I've mentioned my youngest son to you before. 
He is such a good cook!
He's a department manager in our local grocery store, so he is constantly checking out the groceries
and getting ideas for new recipes. 

Tonight, he came up with 
Chicken Alfredo Broccoli Bake.

He knows there are similar recipes out there, 
but he likes to add the ingredients that he thinks will be perfect together.
He gave me a list of ingredients 
and off to the grocery store I went!

Chicken Alfredo Broccoli Bake
1 12 oz pkg Penne Pasta, cooked
2 cups chicken breast, cooked and cubed
2 cups broccoli, chopped
1 (4.25 oz) can chopped black olives
1 (4.25) can sliced black olives
2 (16oz) jars Alfredo sauce
1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
1 (8oz) pkg Italian blend shredded cheese

Mix together all ingredients, except bread crumbs and cheese. 

Pour pasta mixture in to a 9x13 baking dish.
Sprinkle cheese on top of pasta.
Sprinkle bread crumbs on top of cheese.

Bake at 350* for approx 20 minutes or until cheese is melted. 

Just look at all those yummy ingredients 
surrounded by the creamy Alfredo sauce

another awesome recipe from one of my favorite cooks!!
