Semi-Homemade Salsa

I found this recipe on the Taste of Home web site last summer and it's been one of our favorites ever since!
If you're not a big fan of cold corn, then you can leave it out...it will taste just as good without it!

Corn Salsa
  • 1 can (15 ounces) tomato sauce
  • 1 can (14-1/2 ounces) stewed tomatoes, cut up
  • 1 can (11 ounces) Mexicorn, drained
  • 1 can (10 ounces) diced tomatoes and green chilies
  • 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
  • 2/3 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup minced fresh cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl and chill overnight.

Are you in the mood for a late night snack,
but would rather eat something healthy?
Look what I found!

Scoop up some of this salsa and enjoy!
YUM!
