Jason's Philly Cheese Steak

As I've mentioned before, my son Jason, (as well as my other children) are excellent cooks! He can look through the fridge and cabinets or walk the aisles of the grocery store and make up new recipes in his head. (something I'd like to think he got from me!)
This time, arm roast was on sale at the grocery store where he works as a dept. manager. I know when he calls me in the middle of the day, it's to tell me what he wants for supper or to tell me about a big sale. Some days...it's both!

Jason's Philly Cheese Steak Recipe

*1 part each of Dale's Steak Seasoning (found with the marinades), Worcestershire Sauce, and 2 parts Water
*Cut roast (type of your choice..today we used Arm Roast) in to thin strips.
*Onion, bell pepper, and mushrooms.  (about 1 cup each for 4 sandwiches)
*Garlic spread (found in the cream cheese/butter section)
*Provolone cheese slices
*4 Steak/Hogie buns
Bring sauces and water to a low boil. Add steak strips and turn the fire down to med/low.
Cook until just done, about 10 minutes.
Saute onion, bell pepper and mushrooms, in a smidgen of oil, until tender.
Spread garlic spread on steak/hogie buns and place under broiler (insides up) until golden.
On bun, layer...steak strips, bell pepper, onions and mushrooms, and Provolone cheese. Add dressing of your choice. We chose not to use dressing.
And that's it!
My son is a food genius!
YUM!!
