Chicken Spaghetti

I know that there are so many different recipes for Chicken Spaghetti, but this one is my favorite...not only because it's the quickest recipe I have, but because it's tastes so good!

Chicken Spaghetti
4 servings of cooked spaghetti
3 cups cooked chicken, cut in to 1 inch pieces
(fried, boiled, baked, rotisserie.....
doesn't matter)
1 26oz can cream of chicken soup
1 can diced tomatoes and green chilis
(Rotel)

8 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed
(I've used the entire 16 oz pkg before, but it's too cheesy)

3 easy steps to putting this yummy spaghetti together!

1. Add chicken, soup and diced tomatoes
to the spaghetti noodles.
2. Stir until well blended.

3. Add cheese and stir until all cheese is melted and mixed with spaghetti.

And that's it folks!
One of the easiest, but very tasty, recipes I have!!
Delicious served with cheesy garlic bread,
or cheesy tortillas!

  4. We made this yesterday. We forgot to get velveeta cheese so my hubby threw in a can of cheddar cheese soup. It really turned out great. Thanks for sharing the recipe.
