Diet Coke Brownies - only 2 ingredients!

I saw these brownies on Pinterest and knew I had to try them!
I love recipes like this....
you know the kind....
you can't believe that the recipe would really turn out
like they say it will?
Well, this recipe was one of those!
I was the same way with the 7-Up Biscuits.
But...they turned out wonderfully delicious too...
and to be honest, those biscuits are
my most asked for biscuits now!
You can find that recipe

Two ingredients....that's all you need.
One pkg of brownie mix
(I chose low-fat)
One 12 oz Diet Coke
(can or small bottle)

Preheat oven to 350*
Pour the brownie mix in to a large bowl.
Pour half of the Diet Coke on top of the
brownie mix.
See the fizzle?

Stir until almost mixed together,
then pour in the rest of the Diet Coke
and stir until all mixed together.
Batter will be thin.

Pour brownie mixture in to a 9 x 13 baking dish,
that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.

Bake for 30 - 35 minutes,
or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

The top is a flaky brownie crust.
The center is chewy like a fudge brownie should be.
Ooooh so good!

  2. Hard to believe these would turn out so good looking. The diet Coke doesn't give them a yucky artifical sweetner flavor does it? Thanks for sharing.
