Well, my friend Cindy is at it again....cookin' up some Grilled Ginger Chicken this time!
Grilled Ginger Chicken
4 boneless chicken breast
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 T honey
3 cloves minced garlic
Few slices of fresh ginger
Mix together soy sauce, honey and garlic.
Add chicken and slices of ginger root.
Marinate at least 20 min. (I marinate mine overnight when I'm not in a hurry)
Grill chicken until done...10 - 15 minutes each side.
This chicken is good to eat as a main course or serve in a salad.
Tinas note: Flatten chicken to about 1/2 - 3/4 inch thickness for more even cooking.
