Fall-O me in to the kitchen for Zippy Sweet Tator Sticks

My youngest (23 yr old) son, is a department manager at a local grocery store. He spends a lot of time looking at the products that his store carries. When he spots something we haven't tried before, he'll buy it and bring it home. But...he doesn't believe that we can just eat it plain...like the directions state. No. He has to enhance the flavor a bit...some times quite a bit! This was one of those times! And WOW! Were they good!
We aren't sure yet what the name of this dish will be, but for now we're calling it Zippy Sweet Tator Sticks!

Zippy Sweet Tator Sticks
20 oz bag sweet potato fries (spicy or not...that's your choice)
1/4 cup honey
1/8 cup butter or margarine, melted
8 oz bag Pepper Jack cheese, shredded

Prepare fries according to package directions.
Mix melted butter and honey until smooth.
Place fries on a large platter or plate.
Pour honey butter over top of fries.
Sprinkle cheese over top of honey butter.
Place in microwave to melt cheese (optional)

DIG IN!

The spicy fries were not as spicy as I thought they would be, but the 'spicy' did add a little zip. We've tried them spicy and not...we like them both...depends on the main dish on which one we'll use. This time I made BBQ chicken wings...and they were a perfect side!
