.The perfect side dish!
We've enjoyed it with chicken, steak, and meatloaf.
I will share something with you...
every time I have prepared these potatoes,
my dish always looks like this in the end.
As long as you grease your dish
it will wash easily.
(I use non-stick spray...could that be my problem?)
I'm not a perfect cook...but an honest one!
I found this recipe in the
Gooseberry Patch Celebrate Autumn cookbook.
The recipes says it serves 8.
But, if you have hungry men at home like I do,
this recipe will only serve 4.
They are so easy to make!

I absolutely love these cookbooks. I have yet to try a recipe that I dont like!!!
