I d...This turned out great. our roast was 2.50 lbs. I did not have the green beans fresh or frozen so made canned green beans separately. I added a little Sea Salt and Pepper and granulated garlic seasoning. Cooked slow for 4 hours and high the last 2hrs. My husband is a huge bbq fan so he has all the spices in the world. So he had really great beef spice and also hamburger spice. This meal turned out to be one of the best I have ever served. Believe me my mother was not the best cook. The bland Irish fair. But she tried. Thank God for Pinterest!!
