2 ingredient Pumpkin Spice Cookies

Spiced Pumpkin Cookies
3 dozen

1 box Spice cake mix (I used Duncan Hines)
1 15oz can of pumpkin

Preheat oven to 350*

Mix cake mix and pumpkin together, until all is combined.

Drop by full-rounded tablespoon full on a cookie sheet sprayed with non-stick spray.

Bake for approx 15 minutes.

And that's it folks! Simple and delicious!

I think they'd be even more delicious with a cream cheese frosting on top!

  2. I have heard of these, question, is it pumpkin puree or pumpkin pie filling you use? Have you tried a box of brownie mix and 12 oz. of diet coke? Very good, I love these two ingredient recipes and it cuts out the oil and eggs.
