Cinnamon Pudding Cake

Oh how I LOVE cinnamon. 

This delicious cake is just oozing cinnamon flavor!
And that's all I need to say about that....

Cinnamon Pudding Cake
SERVES 12

1 cup sugar
2 T. butter
1 cup milk
2 cup all-purpose flour
2 t. baking powder
2 t. cinnamon
1/4 t salt
Mix all ingredients together and blend well. Pour into a greased 13"x9" baking pan, add topping.


Topping:
2 cups brown sugar
2 T butter
1 1/4 cup water
Combine ingredients in a saucepan; bring to a boil.
Pour mixture over the cake batter and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
