Sweet Glazed Meatloaf

I know that most of you have prepared a meatloaf before.
There are so many different recipes out there.
Sweet Glazed Meatloaf
from

is so delicious!
To be honest, it's one of the best meatloaf recipes
that I have tried!
It does make a lot of sauce on the top, but let me tell you...
you will want to use it to 'dip' the other bites in to!
Sweet Glazed Meatloaf

3 lbs ground beef
3 slices bread, toasted and coarsely crumbed
(I used 100% whole wheat)
3 green onions, sliced
1 cup catsup, divided
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 TBSP Montreal Steak Seasoning
1/4 cup brown sugar, packed

In a large bowl, combine beef, toast crumbs, onions, 1/4 cup catsup, eggs and seasoning.
 Transfer to a 9 x 5 loaf pan;
bake at 375* for one hour and 10 minutes.

Remove from oven;
drain off about 3/4 of the drippings.

 In a bowl, combine remaining catsup and brown sugar;
spoon mixture over meatloaf.

Return to the oven and bake for 10 - 15 minutes longer.
Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
 Serves 8

Doesn't that look delicious...
smothered in the sweet glaze?

Oh..let me tell you...it is delicious!!
