But first I want to share a recipe with you.
It was a tough choice on which recipes to start with first,
but as soon as I turned to page 213, I found it.
White Chocolate Pie!
You can't go wrong with white chocolate!!
White Chocolate Pie
2 3oz pkgs instant white chocolate pudding mix
1 3/4 cup milk
8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
12 oz container frozen whipped topping, thawed
9 inch graham cracker crust
In a bowl, combine dry pudding mix and milk.
Add cream cheese; beat with an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth.
Gently fold in whipped topping; mix well.
Spoon pudding mixture into crust; refrigerate for 2 hrs before serving.
Serves 8
Does it taste as delicious as it looks, you ask?
