Cheeseburger Pie

I love to find 'easy to fix' recipes on the back of boxes or cans. I tend to lean toward these recipes when I need something 'homemade' and quick and easy for supper. Last night was one of those nights.....

Impossible Cheeseburger Pie
from Bisquick

1 lb ground beef
1 tsp hamburger seasoning

1 cup onion
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup milk
1/2 cup Bisquick
2 eggs

Heat oven to 400*
Grease 9 in. pie plate.

Cook ground beef and onion until beef is brown; drain.
Stir in salt and hamburger seasoning.

Spread in pie plate and sprinkle with cheese. (I use 1 1/2 cups)

Stir remaining ingredients with fork or whisk until blended. Pour over cheese.

Bake 25 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Recipe says it makes 8 servings...but at my house, it's more like 6!

Oh sooo cheesy!
